Mark J. Nemet, CPA
Mark grew up in New Jersey, where he graduated from Union High School and continued his education at Long Island University. He received a B.A. degree in 1969. After completing military service in the U.S. Army and marrying his wife,
Adrian, in 1971, Mark enrolled in Long Island University Graduate School of Business, where he received his M.B.A. Mark is a Florida CPA and has a CVA designation (Certified Valuation Analyst), which the National awarded to a CPA.

Mark started his career in public accounting in 1973, working in New York City for one of the "Big Eight" accounting firms. In 1979, he moved with his family to Florida and has lived in Broward County since then.
Mark became associated with the firm, formerly Finkelstein & Brown P.A., in 1988 and became a shareholder in Finkelstein Nemet & Rothchild P.A. in January 1994. His areas of practice include Individual, Corporate, and
International Tax, Estate Planning, Representation Before the Internal Revenue Service, Auditing and Small Business Accounting.
When Mark is not assisting our clients, he spends his free time playing sports, traveling, enjoying the Florida outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Mary G. Pulcini, CPA
Mary is an experienced certified public accountant who received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and her Master's in Accounting from Florida International University. Mary has over 30 years of experience in financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, employee benefit plan audits, small business consulting, and tax. Previously, she had been a partner in a national CPA firm providing attest services to clients in various industries, including real estate, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, and hospitality.
Mary is also an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University. Mary is married to Massimo "Max" Pulcini and enjoys traveling and spending her free time with Max and their two children.

Massimo "Max" Pulcini, CPA
Max Pulcini is an accomplished certified public accountant and business entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience serving various small businesses, municipalities, non-profit organizations, and individual tax clients. He is the former owner of a payroll tax company and a financial services company. Max has an MBA in finance from the University of Miami and an MA in Accounting from FAU. He is an adjunct professor teaching accounting & finance at Nova Southeastern University for many years. Max is married to Mary and has two children.
He is active in the community as a Rotarian, in local government, and many charitable organizations.
